Senior Research Executive

Julius holds a  Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Project Planning and Management (Monitoring and Evaluation) from Nairobi University. He has worked in research and training in the NGOs and government for the last 10 years with expertise in research, monitoring and evaluation of programs undertaking baseline surveys, process, mid-term, and end-term evaluations; conducting data quality assessments and management, interpreting performance results. Julius is experienced trainer and workshop facilitator proficient in the use of data analysis software SPSS, EpiInfo, CSPro, and can visualize and report data using Tableau dashboards, PowerPoint and Excel and Microsoft office.

He has extensive knowledge in project management from the identification phase through the set-up, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and transition phases. He has also managed and supervise the effective design, development, implementation, review and reporting of programs and educational activities.
