Millicent Mibei

Research Manager

Millicent has over 13 years’ experience in research, training, and project management.  Her engagements have seen her managed various research projects including baselines, midterm evaluations, end term evaluations as well as trainings. She has overseen and coordinated several organizational and monitoring and evaluation capacity assessment for government departments and designed of capacity strengthening plans, for various organizations.

Millicent is an experienced trainer and has supported various organizations in documenting and disseminating project learnings through peer-to-peer learning forums, project close out forums and technical conferences.

She is a holder of a Master of Arts degree in Project Planning and Management.
